I started the food website ZestForBaking.com in 2013 to chronicle my gluten free baking journey and, although it's grown to be one of the most popular gluten free baking websites on the internet, it's not possible to offer a deeper level of support and troubleshooting than most gluten free baking recipes require!  

Gluten Free Baking Club launched in 2023 as a way to offer that support. It's where we'll bake mouthwatering, delicious gluten free baked goods in a support-focused, helpful environment.

Gluten free baking shouldn't be difficult

I'll be the first to admit that there is no shortage of gluten free baking information out there - recipes, tips, guides, websites... the list goes on and on. But as someone who has tested and read more about baking than I care to admit, there are two common problems I see with all of this well meaning information: 

1. It's really hard to get specific help

2. It's even harder to figure things out yourself

It's frustrating and expensive when you have to toss out baked good after baked good because they're dry, crumbly, gummy or didn't rise. 

That's where this membership comes in.

Wondering if this membership is right for you?

Is this membership for beginners, middle of the road or advanced bakers?

This membership is designed so that beginning and middle of the road bakers get the most of out it. If you've mastered puff pastry (ie. Advanced baker), you are more than welcome to join too, but the class content may be below your skill level 🙂  

Where do I access the baking classes?

All baking classes will be added to your membership area on a monthly basis. I will send out an email and post in the Facebook group as they are released. There will be two classes waiting for you as soon as you enroll!

What sorts of things will we be baking?

I have classes for yeast breads, seasonal pies, quick rolls, dinner rolls, red velvet cookies, sugar cookies, pizza crust, biscuits, cinnamon rolls, and orange rolls on the agenda. And as you have requests, those will be added as well.

Will we cover any other food allergies besides gluten and dairy?

Everything will be gluten and dairy free for sure. I can usually offer help for substituting eggs as well. I'll do my best to figure out what works for other allergies, but I can't guarantee accommodations.

What if I have a suggestion for a class topic?

Please share it! While I can't promise we will be able to bake everything suggested, ideas are encouraged!

Will there be a community where I can ask questions and get help right away?

Yes! The private Facebook community is the best place to get help right away.
